Uttar Mitra operates digital Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms including institutional School ERP solutions (VidyaCore), 24/7 AI-powered student curriculum doubt solving assistance, online exam testing systems, and automated school communication tools. Services are provided on a cloud-hosted basis over the internet.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Users must not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior, nor attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer our software.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Taxes

Access to certain premium features and school institutional deployments requires paid subscriptions. Subscription plans and pricing are clearly displayed on our platform prior to purchase in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary source code, software architecture, user interfaces, branding, visual design, and content of Uttar Mitra and VidyaCore remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shubham Nema. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet downtime, third-party network outages, or unauthorized third-party interference.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Bhopal / Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
